Teresa is a gender, disability and social inclusion specialist deeply committed to equality and the leave no one behind agenda. She has over 12 years experience working with nonprofit, corporate and government organisations to create gender and disability inclusive cultures and programs within diverse environments across Asia Pacific, Europe and Australia.

She combines a deep technical understanding of intersectional identities, power dynamics and evaluation with a pragmatic approach to action, learning and improvement. She holds depth of experience in delivering capacity building to assist organisations implement equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Teresa is highly skilled at designing fit for purpose and strategies for implementing change and good practice across HR policy and change, communications, program gender and disability analysis. Following current model practice, she is adept at developing individual and systems change frameworks for monitoring and evaluation.

Teresa holds a Masters in Applied Anthropology (Gender specialisation), a Post Graduate Certificate in Program Evaluation, a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Asian Studies (Mandarin).
