Sarah’s purpose is to improve the world of work through respectful and inclusive organisations that consider the people working in and around them.
Her experience lies in executive leadership, and management consulting across a wide range of sectors in APAC, Europe and the US.
Through designing and facilitating human-centric and interactive learning programs, Sarah has worked with executive and operational teams as they navigate through various growth stages including start up, rapid expansion, organisational transformations and M&As.
As a Director on the Board of Bridging Lanka, Sarah works directly with this team to facilitate strategic growth, commercialisation and organisational alignment in an emergent and dynamic international development landscape.
Sarah is a Mentor for Insipiring Rare Birds and TAFE QLD.
